I went there looking for an outdoor plaque for my cat's grave. I brought my own brick because I know nothing about engraving, but it worked out since that gave them a specific size and object to adhere the brass plate to. They were very friendly and kind. Great experience with Dylan. We brought in a piece of paper of what we wanted ..he he did such a great job. Bringing it to reality..Can't Thank him enough for doing such a great job. Very Friendly ...helpful...Timing ..that it was done..And pricing was good..Will be going back if we need anything else..Would recommend highly going here.

This store has amazing customer service. They can make any custom trophy you want. Orders are filled quickly and they have such low prices. One time I needed a friend to pickup my order as I was stuck in traffic on 422. They allowed pickup without payment so I would have the trophies on time for my special event.
