I had searched a while to find a place to preserve my son's diploma from graduation. I did not want to just mount it in glass for fear of breaking if over the lifetime he would need to take it with him after graduation in a new job, a new home office, or during moves over his lifetime. I looked at Michael's and other services, but found Trophy & Plaque Shack. The quality of the mounting was wonderful and should last a lifetime! Thank you for listening to what was needed and finding the right materials (as his diploma was an odd size) to mount it to a wonderful plaque as a graduation gift!

Great job by Bob on the plaque needed for my trophy - very pleased 👍

Assisted me when no one else would. I reached out to Bob after I contacted multiple places about repairing / fixing my piece. All places I contacted before him were all business or didn't want to help me at all. Bob was very real and even asked the history of this piece and what it meant to me. This was passed down to me from my late stepdad from his great grandfather, who was stationed on the ship When I brought it to Bob, he was sad that it was in this condition, but confident he could do something to get it better than it was. In the end, he was able to secure a piece plastic on top of it to prevent it from getting worse. This is honestly all I wanted since I understand the severity of the tears in the piece. I was so happy to have the piece back hanging in my room. Thank you again Bob!

Quality product, quick turn around, and great customer service! Erica is wonderful to work with. She was able to create just what we wanted with a vague description. Highly recommend!

I went there looking for an outdoor plaque for my cat's grave. I brought my own brick because I know nothing about engraving, but it worked out since that gave them a specific size and object to adhere the brass plate to. They were very friendly and kind. I appreciate the attention to detail and the follow-up communication. - Dan Moyer

This store has amazing customer service. They can make any custom trophy you want. Orders are filled quickly and they have such low prices. One time I needed a friend to pickup my order as I was stuck in traffic on 422. They allowed pickup without payment so I would have the trophies on time for my special event.
