I went there looking for an outdoor plaque for my cat's grave. I brought my own brick because I know nothing about engraving, but it worked out since that gave them a specific size and object to adhere the brass plate to. They were very friendly and kind. This store has amazing customer service. They can make any custom trophy you want. Orders are filled quickly and they have such low prices. One time I needed a friend to pickup my order as I was stuck in traffic on 422. They allowed pickup without payment so I would have the trophies on time for my special event.
