I went there looking for an outdoor plaque for my cat's grave. I brought my own brick because I know nothing about engraving, but it worked out since that gave them a specific size and object to adhere the brass plate to. They were very friendly and kind. Great experience with Dylan. We brought in a piece of paper of what we wanted ..he he did such a great job. Bringing it to reality..Can't Thank him enough for doing such a great job. This store has amazing customer service. They can make any custom trophy you want. Orders are filled quickly and they have such low prices. One time I needed a friend to pickup my order as I was stuck in traffic on 422. They allowed pickup without payment so I would have the trophies on time for my special event.
