The Trophy & Plaque Shack is operated by Erica and Dylan Pierce. Previously operated by longtime friends, Charlie & Lori Pierce, and Pat Montgomery from 2004 until 2021. Charlie & Lori Pierce purchased the business in 2004 from John DeMichael who founded the Trophy & Plaque Shack in 1976.
In 2021, Charlie decided he’d like to play more golf, get more sleep and generally begin to enjoy life a bit more, so he sold the shop to his nephew, Dylan Pierce and his wife Erica Weber Pierce, who now operate the shop along with Erica’s parents. Charlie is still a big part of the action, frequently dropping in and helping out, imparting his many years of knowledge to the appreciative new team.
In December of 2021 we moved the shop to 250 West Ridge Pike in Limerick, PA 19468. Easier to find, plus free parking! Here’s what our new signage looks like so you don’t miss us.
We have always thought the awards people receive should be reminders of a special time in their life: a job well-done, a sales quota met, retirement, wedding, participating in a sport or that winning season. We offer both laser and rotary engraving and sublimation, which allows us to give our customers the award or gift they had envisioned.

- We’re the only shop in the area that does sublimation – so things like photo plaques and much more are possible
- We do everything in-house which lets us meet unique needs and timing others can’t
If you are looking for something different the Trophy & Plaque Shack has many items available to mark your special event: giftware, sublimated items, t-shirts, wood, ceramics and glassware. We pride ourselves on creating custom awards and everything is done onsite. We also have the capability to engrave items such as plastic, metal and alloys necessary for industrial use.
